Are you over 70 or in receipt of a government benefit? If so you could receive FREE* cavity wall and loft insulation. Alternatively you could qualify for a substantial discount off the normal cost of insulation measures Funding is strictly limited so don’t delay!

*Qualifying benefits include: Income support, Housing Benefit, Council Tax benefit, Disabled persons Tax Credit, Income-based job seekers allowance, War Disablement Pension (must be in receipt of Mobility Supplement or constant Attendance Allowance), Attendance Allowance, Working Tax Credit (and with an annual income of less than £16,190), Employment Support Allowance (Work Related Activity Group or Support Group), Disability living allowance, over 70.

Open to homeowners or tenants of privately rented properties (offer not applicable to social housing). All measures are subject to survey and maximum meterage for a standard size property, terms and conditions apply.

Helping Hands Loans

If you are struggling to afford to keep your home safe and comfortable to live in and you cannot access a loan from a bank, building society or other reputable lender you could be offered an affordable Helping Hands loan.

Depending on your circumstances the loan can be paid back in affordable instalments, or if you have no spare money, it can be repaid when you choose to sell your home or when it is inherited by a member of your family.

Our surveyors will visit and advise you of the items that can be funded using a loan, which can include:
• repairing or replacing a leaking roof,
• renewing faulty electric wiring,
• providing an efficient heating system,
• replacing rotten windows and doors,
• remedying dampness.
