Following a two-year closure, Ravensford Farm Garden is re-opening in aid of the National Gardens Scheme on Sunday 31st August from 2.00 to 5.00pm.
The Scheme donates around £2.5million every year to a range of charities, including Macmillan, Marie Curie, Help the Hospices and Perennial (formerly the Gardeners’ Royal Benevolent Fund). Admission costs £4.00 but children are welcome free of charge. Jonathan and Caroline Peacock invite you to see some improvements and alterations to the Garden, to listen to Northumbrian pipe music and to enjoy excellent Homemade Cakes with Afternoon Tea. There will also be some Plants for Sale.
